Kombucha cocktails

Spring is the perfect time to make one of our gorgeous kombucha cocktails.

These drinks, based on classic cocktail recipes, are super simple and so refreshing - we guarantee you'll love them. Let us know how you get on with making them!

 

KOMBUCHA MOJITOS

This light and delicate drink is so refreshing - the flavours of the basil & mint make an absolutely perfect drink for wiling away the hours on a spring afternoon.

To make one glass you will need:

35ml white rum
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5ml sugar syrup
75ml HOLOS Basil & Mint kombucha
Ice cubes and mint to serve

 

KOMBUCHA SOUR

This is the HOLOS take on a whiskey sour, which is traditionally made with whiskey (obvs) and lemon. We've swapped in our gorgeous Ginger & Hibiscus kombucha for a healthy, modern twist on this classic.

To make one glass you will need:

35ml whiskey
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
75ml HOLOS Ginger & Hibiscus kombucha
5ml sugar syrup
Ice cubes and hibiscus flowers to serve
