Kombucha cocktails

Spring is the perfect time to make one of our gorgeous kombucha cocktails.

These drinks, based on classic cocktail recipes, are super simple and so refreshing - we guarantee you'll love them. Let us know how you get on with making them!

 

KOMBUCHA & ELDERFLOWER FIZZ

This light and delicate drink is so refreshing - the flavours of the elderflower beautifully complement the taste of our Original kombucha, without overpowering it. A perfect drink to while away the hours on a spring afternoon.

To make one glass you will need:

35ml gin
10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml elderflower cordial
75ml HOLOS Original kombucha
Ice cubes and a lemon twist to serve

 

THE LONDON MULE

This is the HOLOS take on the Moscow Mule cocktail, which is traditionally made with vodka (obvs), ginger beer and lime. We've swapped in our gorgeous Ginger and Turmeric kombucha and white rum for a healthy, modern twist on this classic.

To make one glass you will need:

35ml white rum
15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
75ml HOLOS Ginger and Turmeric kombucha
10ml sugar syrup (to taste - you may prefer it without!)
Ice cubes and a lime wedge to serve

Note: If you would like to add more of a tang to this cocktail, you can also add in a splash of Angostura Bitters to taste.
